We are currently seeking dedicated, proactive, and responsible individuals to join our team across several technical and administrative departments.
Technical Trainee Programs
These entry-level positions are designed for individuals under 26 years of age who are eager to develop specialized skills under the guidance of our Processing (Maintenance) and Technical Development teams.
* Trainee – Crane Truck Operator: Focuses on equipment operation and maintenance support. Requires a B1 driver’s license and a background in high school or technical/polytechnic education.
* Trainee – Rigger/Scaffolder: Involves mastering rigging and scaffolding techniques critical to plant maintenance.
* Trainee – Condition Monitoring: Ideal for those with a mechanical or electrical aptitude interested in equipment health diagnostics and data management.
* Trainee – Boilermaker/Welder: Requires foundational welding certifications (TIG, MMAW, MIG/FCAW) to assist in structural maintenance and plant fabrication.
* Trainee – Electrical & Instrumentation: Focuses on developing technical expertise in electrical circuitry and instrumentation systems within the processing plant.
* Trainee – Mechanical Trades: Offers hands-on experience in mechanical repairs, servicing, and plant modifications.
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) diploma; polytechnic graduates are preferred.
* Maximum age of 26.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A firm commitment to safety procedures and proactive work ethics.
Experienced Professional Roles
We are also seeking seasoned professionals to provide leadership and strategic oversight for our operations.
1. Supervisor – Recruitment: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Law, at least 3 years of recruitment experience, and a BNSP certification in Recruitment and Selection.
2. Officer – Administration 1 (ARO): A role dedicated to safety documentation and aeronautical radio operations. Requires K3 General and ARO certifications.
3. Junior Supervisor – Project Development: Candidates should have at least 5 years of mining experience, with strong expertise in civil earthworks, dam construction, and infrastructure project management.
4. Senior Supervisor – Permitting & Compliance (Technical): Based in Jakarta, this senior role requires a degree in Mining Engineering, 10+ years of industry experience, and comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations.
