## Current Available Positions
1. General Admin
This role is essential for maintaining the operational rhythm of our office environments.
* Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage and archive comprehensive company documentation.
* Facilitate internal and external correspondence.
* Coordinate meeting schedules, draft minutes, and oversee daily office administrative needs.
* Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
* Prepare monthly administrative reports for management review.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with SAP is a significant advantage.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* High integrity, initiative, and dedication to the 5S culture (Smile, Greet, Salute, Polite, Mannerly).
2. Service Admin
The Service Admin position acts as the bridge between technical service operations and our valued clients.
* Primary Responsibilities:
* Input and process service orders, claims, and repair reports into the system.
* Issue service receipts and manage customer communication regarding service updates.
* Handle physical and digital archiving of service transactions.
* Assist with warranty claims to principals and vendors.
* Monitor spare part consumption during service cycles.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
* Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM databases.
* Relevant administrative experience is highly preferred.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Office Boy
Our Office Boy staff are the heartbeat of our daily office maintenance and hospitality.
* Primary Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness of workspace, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
* Provide refreshments for staff and guests.
* Coordinate document delivery between departments.
* Ensure all office equipment and maintenance tools are in prime condition.
* Requirements:
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Possessing a driver’s license is considered an added value.
* Strong sense of integrity and commitment to service excellence.
4. Security
We are looking for dedicated individuals to ensure the safety and security of our personnel and facilities.
* Primary Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular security patrols and monitor access points.
* Provide protection and security services for personnel and assets.
* Escort high-value movements when required.
* Prepare detailed security reports and perform periodic safety inspections.
* Requirements:
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education.
* Must hold a valid Gada Pratama security certification and KTA.
* Minimum height of 170 cm with a proportional weight.
* Physically active and mentally disciplined.
