## Job Overview: Quality Control Operator
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control (QC) Operator to monitor our production lines. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every product manufactured adheres to our strict corporate standards while maintaining the highest levels of food safety and halal compliance throughout the entire production cycle.
## Key Responsibilities
The QC Operator will be tasked with the following duties to ensure operational integrity:
* Conducting rigorous inspections within the production area to verify product specifications.
* Ensuring that all processes remain compliant with safety and quality protocols.
* Maintaining strict documentation and adherence to Halal production standards.
* Reporting any deviations in product quality to management immediately for corrective action.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following educational and professional requirements:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: High School graduates majoring in Chemical Analysis (SMAK) or holders of D3/S1 degrees in Chemical Engineering, Pure Chemistry, or Food Technology.
* Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with previous field experience in QC within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sectors.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the Halal Assurance System (SJH), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is highly advantageous.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

## General Requirements

3. Must be willing and able to work according to a three-shift rotation schedule.
4. Must have received at least the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
