* Structural Engineers: S1 Civil Engineering, Madya/Utama certification, 5–12 years of experience.
* Geotechnical & Geodesy Specialists: S1 Engineering, Madya certification, 5 years of experience.
* Environmental & Water Treatment Experts: S1 Environmental Engineering, specializing in wastewater treatment and sanitation, 5–15 years of experience.
