## Available Positions
We are seeking skilled individuals to fill the following roles at our Simalungun facility:
1. Technical Operator
* Responsibilities: Monitor production processes, ensure quality targets, maintain equipment, and uphold operational safety standards.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
2. Quality Analyst
* Responsibilities: Execute laboratory analysis of raw materials and finished goods, manage reagent preparation, and ensure compliance with food safety and HSE standards via SAP.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; experience with palm oil derivatives (CPO, CPKO) is preferred.
3. Skilled Technician (Mechanical)
* Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on rotating and static equipment, troubleshoot plant machinery, and document activities in SAP/DMS.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.
4. Skilled Technician (ICAE)
* Responsibilities: Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical systems, including DCS integration and field device configuration.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
5. IT DCS Engineer
* Responsibilities: Lead network infrastructure optimization, manage IT lifecycle projects, and ensure the reliability of digital systems.
* Requirements: S1 in IT, Computer Science, or related fields; 2+ years of experience and fluent English proficiency.
6. Security Officer
* Responsibilities: Oversee physical security operations, manage AI-driven surveillance systems, and lead incident response.
* Requirements: D3/S1 with 3+ years of experience in industrial/corporate security, including familiarity with modern surveillance technology.
7. Mechanical Inspector
* Responsibilities: Conduct integrity inspections on static and rotating equipment, oversee NDT and welding activities, and provide repair recommendations.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical/Metallurgy Engineering with 4+ years of inspection experience and fluent English.
8. Maintenance Planner
* Responsibilities: Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, manage work orders, and support shutdown planning through SAP.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of planning experience.
9. Natural Surfactant Team Leader
* Responsibilities: Manage on-shift production, supervise chemical manufacturing processes (distillation/amidoamine), and ensure safety compliance.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or Physics with 3+ years of plant operation experience.
10. Warehouse Team Leader
* Responsibilities: Direct daily warehouse logistics, monitor 3PL performance, and ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
* Requirements: S1 degree with 4+ years in warehouse operations and strong proficiency in English.
