As an HR Staff member at Trans F&B, you will play a vital role in maintaining seamless operational workflows within the Human Resources division. Your core duties will include:

* Report Generation: Compiling and analyzing accurate reports regarding employee presence, compensation structures, and leave balances.
* Data Processing: Gathering and organizing attendance data to ensure smooth, error-free monthly payroll execution.
* Compliance & Monitoring: Ensuring that all employees consistently adhere to company attendance policies and standard operating procedures.
* Expatriate Management: Handling official work permits and documentation for Foreign Workers (TKA).
* Database Maintenance: Keeping the employee database meticulously updated with accurate records of new hires and resignations up to the designated payroll cut-off date.
## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related discipline.

* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel for data management.
