In this role, you will undergo a comprehensive development program tailored to the intricacies of the Parts Department.
* Oversee total parts operations, including market strategy implementation, logistics, inventory management, and warehouse administration.
* Ensure full compliance with company procedures to optimize departmental efficiency and achieve corporate goals.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 from an accredited university; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Uphold operational integrity and ensure high-standard administrative support for branch activities.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Economics, Management, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 from an accredited university.
* Self-motivated with a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
* Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
* Must be computer literate and fluent in both written and spoken English.

3. Management Trainee: Service Department Head
