## Career Opportunity: Junior WTP/WWTP Operator
PT TJB Power Services is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our operations team as a Junior Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Operator. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our water-related infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily tasks to support plant stability. Key duties include:
* Operating and monitoring equipment within the WTP, WWTP, Makeup Water Plant, Electro Chlorination Plant, and the Sea Water Intake area.
* Coordinating closely with the WTP/WWTP Control Room to ensure synchronized operations.
* Conducting routine inspections to guarantee that all systems function optimally and adhere to strict safety protocols.
* Maintaining operational standards that align with the rigorous safety requirements of the power plant.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a Diploma (D3) degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Conversion Engineering.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in power plant operations is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of water treatment systems, industrial chemistry, and rotating mechanical equipment (e.g., bearings and hydraulics).
* Specialized Skills: Basic competency in Control & Instrumentation (C&I), electrical systems, emergency fire fighting procedures, and standard first aid.
* Communication: Proficiency in basic English to facilitate effective reporting and documentation.
