## The Unit Head Development Program (UHDP)
The Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) is a specialized fast-track career path designed specifically for the factory division. This intensive program operates under a two-year service bond, ensuring participants receive comprehensive training and rapid professional integration within the Mayora ecosystem.
Available Positions and Qualifications
We are seeking motivated individuals to fill the following key roles. All positions require a minimum GPA of 3.00. While fresh graduates are welcome to apply, candidates with at least one year of experience in the manufacturing sector will be prioritized.
1. Unit Head Development Program – Purchasing
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Strong negotiation skills, a broad professional network, and excellent communication abilities. Must be willing to commit to a service bond and relocate as required by company needs.
2. Unit Head Development Program – Production
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Proficiency in troubleshooting and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is highly preferred. Requires active organizational experience, availability for shift work, and a commitment to the service bond.
3. Unit Head Development Program – Packaging
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Proven leadership and organizational background. Candidates must be prepared to work in a three-shift system and adhere to the two-year service bond.
4. Unit Head Development Program – Engineering
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Strong expertise in maintenance and machinery repair. Must be comfortable with a three-shift rotation and signing the service agreement.
5. Unit Head Development Program – Water Resources
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Practical knowledge of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations and supervision. Must be proficient in English, possess organizational experience, and be willing to work shifts under a service bond.
