## Core Qualifications
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in high-speed, accurate data entry.
* Mobility: Candidates for Pickup roles (1 & 2) must be physically ready to collect shipments directly from customer locations.
* Licensing: Male applicants must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C for motorcycle roles; SIM A for car roles).
* Work Ethic: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Professionalism: Commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and order of the office or service outlet.
* Character: High standards of integrity, honesty, and professional responsibility.
