## Position Overview: Production Operator
We are currently seeking a meticulous and collaborative Production Operator to support our expanding manufacturing output. In this role, you will play a vital part in assembling high-standard water solutions that meet our rigorous international benchmarks.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum completion of Senior High School (SMA or SMK).
* Technical Expertise: Previous experience working as a Fitter will be considered a significant advantage.
* Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate hand tools, including grinders and general fabrication equipment.
* Welding Skills: A solid understanding of machinery usage, with practical welding capabilities being highly preferred.
* Personal Attributes: High level of precision, strong discipline, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into a collaborative team environment.
* Work Environment: Fully prepared to operate within a fast-paced production floor and adapt to evolving operational demands.
