## Position Overview: Training Clerk
Thiess Indonesia is currently seeking a diligent and proactive individual to join the team as a Training Clerk. This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of our site-based training programs. The successful candidate will be stationed in Central Kalimantan, working on a roster system of 10 weeks on-site followed by 2 weeks of field break.
Key Responsibilities
As a Training Clerk, your daily contributions will be vital to the success of our Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) department. Your primary duties include:
* Database Management: Overseeing training databases and coordinating complex training schedules.
* Administrative Support: Assisting Mining Trainers with essential documentation and administrative tasks.
* Cross-Departmental Coordination: Acting as a liaison between department clerks to ensure seamless communication.
* Permit Management: Handling administrative requirements related to Mine Permits and SIMPER.
* Operational Assistance: Providing ongoing support for HRGA training initiatives and site-specific environmental or operational activities.
Required Qualifications
To excel in this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma in any field.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
