## About the Foreman Training Program (PPM)
The PPM is a specialized 3 to 4-month intensive development program designed to cultivate the next generation of plantation foremen and administrative clerks. This program equips trainees with the technical knowledge and hands-on experience required to manage daily operations effectively. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be appointed to permanent positions within Mukti Plantation’s operational units in West Kalimantan.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the success and professional growth of our future leaders, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or a Diploma degree in a relevant field.
* Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent physical and mental health; color blindness is strictly prohibited.
* Marital Status: Applicants must be single and willing to maintain this status throughout the duration of the mandatory service period.
* Commitment: High dedication to the palm oil industry with a focus on long-term career advancement.
* Willingness to Serve: Candidates must be ready to undergo the 3–4 month intensive training period, commit to a 2-year service bond, and be deployed to any of our operational sites in West Kalimantan.
