Required Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting, complemented by advanced skills in Microsoft Office (with a specific focus on Excel).
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, characterized by integrity, discipline, strong communication, and high attention to detail.
