* Certifications: Possession of a BNSP Competency Certificate in chemical analysis or chemical instrumentation is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of general chemical analysis methods and laboratory instrument operations.
* Quality Standards: Familiarity with ISO 17025 is highly preferred.
