The Logistics Operator will play a vital role in ensuring our production and supply chain processes run smoothly. Key areas of focus include:
* Production Support: Operating manufacturing machinery while strictly adhering to Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Preventive Maintenance: Executing basic maintenance tasks, including routine lubrication, visual inspections, and light component replacements to minimize downtime.
* Logistics Management: Overseeing the systematic storage, accurate recording, and efficient handling of automotive parts.
* Operational Readiness: Maintaining inventory records through digital systems or Excel and ensuring all warehouse tasks meet our quality standards.
## Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess both technical proficiency and a proactive work ethic. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma, preferably in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, logistics, or maintenance roles.
* Technical Certifications: Possession of a valid SIM A driver’s license and the ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
* Methodology: A strong understanding of the 5S/5R workplace organization methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or manual inventory management software.
