## Role Overview: Production Administrator
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Administrator to join our growing team. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that all documentation, data analysis, and workflow processes remain efficient and compliant with our global quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a wide array of administrative tasks crucial to maintaining production fluidity. Key responsibilities include:
* Documentation Management: Organize and maintain comprehensive production records, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and output data.
* Data Analysis: Collect and synthesize production metrics to provide actionable insights for management, facilitating informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.
* Operational Oversight: Monitor the transfer of finished goods, ensure the successful implementation of SPCS protocols, and oversee general production administrative workflows.
* Compliance and Safety: Manage training records and safety (K3) documentation, while actively participating in both internal and external audits.
* Resource Coordination: Monitor consumable stock levels and analyze workforce requirements to ensure each production area is adequately supported.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this position, applicants should possess the following skills and experience:
1. Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of experience within an automotive injection molding manufacturing environment.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Analytical Skills: High level of accuracy, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen eye for operational improvements.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to coordinate effectively across various departments.
