1. Quality Control Staff
Responsible for upholding our high standards for freshness and safety.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Agribusiness or the Fresh Goods industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, a strong understanding of ISO standards, excellent leadership, and superior communication skills.
2. Cut Fruit Production Sr. Associate
We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our specialized production lines.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electro, Mechanical) or Food Technology.
* Experience: 1–2 years in the FMCG sector, ideally in a supervisor or coordinator capacity.
* Skills: Expertise in GMP and HACCP certifications is highly preferred. Must be comfortable managing production reporting, data operations, and team leadership.
3. Dry/Dairy Product Growth
Help drive our market presence for dry and dairy product categories.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, sales, or trade marketing within the beverage or snack industry.
* Skills: Creative, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong negotiation and analytical abilities are essential.
4. Finance Analyst (FMCG)
Maintain operational integrity through rigorous financial oversight.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in internal or external auditing (Big 4 accounting firm experience is a plus).
* Skills: Advanced numerical proficiency, Excel mastery, and knowledge of MS Visio. Must be willing to travel for regular branch office inspections and performance reviews.
5. Tax Specialist
Ensure fiscal compliance and optimize financial efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Tax Accountant, Analyst, or consultant.
* Skills: Deep knowledge of current taxation laws, proficiency in accounting software, and possession of Brevet A & B certifications. Exceptional analytical skills are required to identify tax-saving opportunities.
