## Available Positions
1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to meeting production targets while upholding the highest standards of excellence.
* Minimum age of 18 years old.
* Educational background: Minimum SMP, SMA, or SMK graduate.
* Strong commitment to occupational health and safety (OHS) as a primary workplace culture.
* Capable of working efficiently to meet rigorous daily production quotas and quality standards.
2. Quality Control (QC) Operator
The QC Operator plays a critical role in ensuring that every pair of shoes leaving our factory meets the global quality benchmarks expected by our prestigious partners.
* Execute detailed product inspections following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Document and analyze inspection results to maintain consistent production quality.
* Educational background: Minimum SMP, SMA, or SMK graduate.
* Keen eye for detail regarding footwear craftsmanship and material standards.
* Ability to work within a team to reach quality-driven production targets.
* Prioritization of workplace safety and health protocols.
