1. Operational Administrator
As an Operational Administrator, you will keep our daily workflows running smoothly and efficiently. Your role is vital in maintaining accurate records and supporting our dispatch teams.
* Minimum Education: Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Operational Administrator, preferably within the logistics sector.
* Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* Proficient in managing and tracing delivery orders (surat jalan).
* Skilled in internal system data entry, report generation, and systematic document archiving.
* Advanced data processing capabilities using Microsoft Excel.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

2. Service Advisor
We are looking for a proactive Service Advisor to oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure our heavy fleet remains in peak operational condition.
* Minimum Education: Diploma (D3) degree in a technical field, with an Automotive background preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical experience as a Service Advisor.
* Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* Comprehensive knowledge of heavy vehicle engineering, including preventive and corrective maintenance, core mechanical systems, and parts catalogs.
* Ability to monitor repair progress from initial assessment to the final quality check of trucks.
* Proficient in handling Work Order (SPK) administration and drafting daily repair reports.
* Willingness to work in shifts when required.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

3. General Repair Mechanic
Join our technical team as a General Repair Mechanic to diagnose, maintain, and repair our commercial truck fleets, ensuring maximum uptime and safety on the road.
* Minimum Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate specializing in Light Vehicle Engineering or related automotive fields.
* Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* Demonstrated expertise in truck maintenance and general repairs.
* Readiness to handle roadside assistance, storing, or emergency repair services.
* Resilience to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong team player with a solid independent work ethic.
* High standards of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
* Flexibility to be deployed or assigned across any PT SIL workshop area.

4. Body Repair Mechanic
We require a skilled Body Repair Mechanic to restore and maintain the structural integrity and aesthetic condition of our commercial transport fleet.
* Minimum Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, or equivalent disciplines.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a coachbuilder (karoseri), welding, or vehicle body repair workshop.
* Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* Must hold a valid driving license (SIM A).
* Possession of a welding certification is considered a distinct advantage.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong collaboration skills for teamwork alongside independent task execution.
* Honest, disciplined, hardworking, and willing to travel or relocate to designated PT SIL workshops.
