Citra Borneo Indah Group, in affiliation with PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk., is officially opening applications for the Management Trainee (MT) Program Batch XXVII. This program is meticulously designed for high-potential fresh graduates eager to develop leadership skills in a real-world, high-impact environment.
Available Tracks
We are seeking motivated individuals from diverse technical and professional backgrounds to fill the following specialized tracks:
* MT Estate: Open to candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or related fields.
* MT Mill: Designed for graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, as well as Agricultural Product Technology.
* MT Administration (KTU): Specifically for Accounting graduates (minimum S1).
* MT Shipping (Pelayaran): For graduates with a background in Nautical Science, Technical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (ETO).
Core Requirements
To be eligible for this career-defining opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Fresh graduate with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
2. Must hold a D3 or S1 degree relevant to the chosen track.
3. Marital status: Single.
4. Willingness to undergo intensive training and reside at our operational plantation sites in Central Kalimantan.
## Program Structure and Selection Process
The MT journey consists of a 3-month comprehensive training period, followed by 9 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT), and a subsequent service commitment period.
* Screening & Online Psychometric Test: Applicants must pass the initial digital assessment to be eligible for the next phase.
* Offline Interview: The interview session will be held on October 21–22, 2026 (Wednesday & Thursday) at Politeknik LPP Yogyakarta.
