* Oversee the daily operation of production machinery, ensuring all output meets established organizational standards.
* Monitor production processes within your designated area to ensure targets for both quantity and quality are consistently achieved.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all production activities and material usage.
* Ensure that material requirements are strictly aligned with production planning.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and workplace productivity.
Professional Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a production environment is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in production processes, Asset Management (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Continuous Improvement methodologies, 5R (5S), and Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, clear communication, integrity, accountability, and resilience.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a shift-based schedule.
