## 1. Manufacturing Operator
The Manufacturing Operator plays a vital role in ensuring that production lines operate efficiently, safely, and to the high quality standards synonymous with the Bosch name.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Execution: Prepare production processes, conduct equipment warm-ups, and verify master samples before running operations.
* Maintenance & Efficiency: Perform daily 5S activities, support routine preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment is maintained to minimize unplanned downtime.
* Quality Assurance: Strictly follow working instructions and procedures to maintain a zero-customer-claim target and reduce production scrap.
* Operational Support: Keep accurate records, manage production supplies, and participate in daily briefings.

Candidate Requirements
* Minimum education of SMK or SMU.

The Logistics Operator is responsible for the seamless movement of materials, inventory accuracy, and ensuring that production schedules are supported by efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Incoming Goods: Execute forklift operations for unloading, verify quantities against invoices, and perform visual inspections for packaging damage.
* Production Planning & Inventory Control: Manage component supply, record materials in SAP, and maintain organized inventory layouts using FIFO methods.
* Delivery Coordination: Process daily orders, prepare delivery notes, manage repacking, and ensure accurate palletization for outgoing shipments.
* Internal Material Handling: Manage the "Milkrun" cycle, update Kanban and Heijunka boards, and handle empty returnable containers.
* Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all Material Handling Equipment (MHE)—including forklifts and pallet stackers—is inspected, cleaned, and charged according to safety standards.
* Digital Systems: Utilize SAP POE, MS Office, Power BI, and SketchUp to streamline operational workflows.
Candidate Requirements
* Fresh graduates with a background in Technical Engineering are highly encouraged to apply.
