## Management Trainee (MT) Program 2025
The Management Trainee program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leadership within Richeese Factory. We are looking for candidates who possess a passion for culinary excellence, strong operational analytical skills, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced retail environment.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the Management Trainee position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hotel Management, Tourism, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Food Technology.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience Level: We welcome applications from fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers.
* Language Proficiency: A valid TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 450 is mandatory. Candidates with professional fluency in English are highly preferred.
* Professional Aptitude: Candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest in the culinary and QSR sector, coupled with exceptional communication and analytical capabilities.
* Mobility: Applicants must be willing to be stationed at any of our outlet locations across Indonesia.
