## Job Description: MEP Supervisor Responsibilities
As our new MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the electrical installations across our valuable property assets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Asset Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep and routine maintenance of building electrical systems, including office building installations, air conditioning units, backup generators, and residential public street lighting.
* Procurement Planning: Formulate comprehensive plans and accurate cost estimates for procuring lighting fixtures destined for public roads and community facilities, including parks and sports clubs.
* PLN Coordination & Supervision: Supervise the installation of cluster public street lighting and utility poles carried out by PLN to ensure precise positioning. Coordinate directly with PLN regarding scheduling and execution to prevent logistical errors.
* Collaboration with Architects: Partner closely with company architects to finalize precise placement points for all community and street lighting.
* Landscape Lighting Management: Designate optimal locations for garden lighting and take full accountability for the flawless execution of their installation.
## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure success in this demanding yet rewarding role, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
* Industry Experience: Possess at least 3 years of proven professional experience working as a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor within the property sector, with a strong emphasis on luxury residential housing developments.
* Geographical Proximity: Reside locally or within the surrounding regions of Cibubur, Cikeas, or Depok.
* Work Location: Be fully prepared to report directly to our Head Office located at Permata Cimanggis.
