## Production Helper Role Overview
As a Production Helper, you will play a vital frontline role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your daily contributions directly support our core vision, mission, and fundamental values while upholding the highest standards of workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute daily manufacturing and production activities strictly in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Prioritize and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all assigned tasks.
* Uphold rigorous 5S standards, ensuring your designated production line and work area remain secure, organized, spotless, and impeccably maintained.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

* Work Arrangement: Fully prepared to work in a rotational 3-shift schedule.
* Location: Willing to be stationed at our primary manufacturing plant in Pondok Ungu, North Bekasi.
