## 1. F&B Industrial Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. Your primary focus is ensuring that our outlets function seamlessly through proactive maintenance and rapid response to technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
* Manage repairs for electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC systems, and specialized F&B equipment.
* Conduct systematic troubleshooting to resolve technical malfunctions efficiently.
* Oversee equipment installation and provide support for small-scale civil engineering tasks at outlet locations.
* Develop effective solutions to minimize downtime and provide rapid emergency maintenance when required.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum education of SMK or D3 in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in maintenance or technical roles.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
* Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
* Willingness to travel between outlets to support multi-site operations.
## 2. Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
The Guest Relation Officer serves as the face of our brand. You will be instrumental in creating an inviting atmosphere, ensuring every customer who walks through our doors feels valued and experiences the excellence of Butter Baby.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for all guests.
* Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive customer journey from arrival to departure.
* Educate customers on our artisanal product range, ongoing promotions, and store facilities.
* Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with tact, professionalism, and speed.
* Document guest feedback to assist management in service refinement and operational growth.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or related fields.
* At least 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, or hospitality-based roles; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
* Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
