## HVAC Operator Position Overview
As an HVAC Operator at our Depok facility, you will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal environmental conditions across our manufacturing plant. Your expertise will ensure that our sensitive electronic component production lines operate without interruption by keeping our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance routines to extend the lifespan of HVAC systems and prevent unexpected operational downtime.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct systematic daily and weekly checks on all ventilation and cooling units to identify anomalies early.
* Minor Repairs: Diagnose and perform prompt, effective minor repairs on system components to ensure continuous functionality.
* System Monitoring: Continuously monitor HVAC performance metrics, temperatures, and pressures to maintain strict compliance with factory standards.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this technical role, candidates must meet specific educational, physical, and professional criteria. We value hands-on expertise, a strong work ethic, and a readiness to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK), with a strong preference for candidates who specialized in Cooling and Air Conditioning Engineering (Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara*).
* Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
* Work Schedule Flexibility: Fully prepared and willing to work in a rotating shift system to support our 24/7 manufacturing operations.
* Technical Competence: Demonstrated capability in executing preventive maintenance, conducting routine facility checks, and performing minor HVAC repairs.
* Placement Location: Must be fully committed to working on-site at our Depok Factory.
