The Engineer Development Program is a comprehensive six-month initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of technical experts. This program provides participants with hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects across the nation.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term career in construction and engineering. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum SMK, D1, or D3 degree.
* Fields of Study: Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Mining Engineering, Geology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be assigned to any project location throughout Indonesia.
* Commitment: Must be able to commit to the full six-month duration of the EDP.
