Job Description

# Shaping the Future of Food: ofi Future Impact Talent Trainee in Cocoa Manufacturing

Since 1996, we have steadily grown our footprint across the archipelago, evolving from modest traders into a prominent, large-scale enterprise. Today, we source high-quality cocoa, coffee, palm oil, nutmeg, and black and white pepper from a vast network exceeding 400,000 farmers, aggregators, and local suppliers. As the largest exporter of Robusta coffee and a leading exporter of Arabica coffee in Indonesia—boasting a combined market share of roughly 15%—alongside our position as the top exporter of cocoa products, our impact is deeply rooted in the agricultural landscape.

Beyond exporting, we recognize that smallholder farming communities require dedicated support to elevate crop yields and quality, particularly in the face of shifting climate patterns. This commitment drives us to operate some of the most comprehensive sustainable sourcing initiatives in the nation. Operating advanced cocoa processing facilities through BT Cocoa in Jakarta, we proudly provide stable direct employment to nearly 1,400 professionals, alongside more than 1,150 seasonal workers collaborating closely with our suppliers across regions spanning from North Sumatra through the heart of Java to eastern Sulawesi.
