## General Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
* Professional Experience: Relevant practical experience within Research & Development (R&D) or Analytical Development is specifically required for the Staff Analytical Development position.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of CPOB and GMP guidelines, paired with high levels of personal discipline, rigorous attention to detail, and professional accountability.
