The organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join the supply chain division as a Warehouse Staff member based in Bekasi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review previous day's shipping documentation, including Purchase Orders and quantity verifications.
* Cross-check the Daily Delivery List (DPH) by reconciling actual quantities on delivered invoices against the DPH records.
* Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and handle Goods Issue (GI) cancellations while rigorously inspecting shipping paperwork completeness.
* Update and adjust delivery dates for Delivery Orders (DO) that experienced delivery failures.
* Monitor leftover inventory (DPH) and reconcile delivered invoices against finalized POD logs.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any academic major.
* At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience in a related warehousing or logistics role.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel being a distinct advantage.
* Possesses strong interpersonal communication skills, high professional discipline, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Familiarity with SAP enterprise software is strongly preferred.
