## Job Vacancy Overview: Irrigation Field Supervisor
Nindya Karya is actively seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Field Supervisor for Irrigation (Pelaksana Lapangan Bidang Irigasi). The selected professional will be deployed to oversee a critical project site in OPLAH, Sukabumi, West Java.
Key Responsibilities
* Site Supervision: Directly oversee ongoing irrigation construction activities in the field to guarantee adherence to project plans.
* Quality and Schedule Control: Ensure that all execution aligns strictly with engineering drawings, technical specifications, approved work methods, quality standards, and timelines.
* Progress Monitoring: Track daily operational milestones and maintain comprehensive progress logs.
* Resource Coordination: Manage and coordinate the distribution and availability of labor forces, construction materials, and heavy equipment.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identify field bottlenecks and collaborate with the engineering team to formulate effective solutions.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate progress reports to project management.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) degree in Civil Engineering.
* Experience: Prior hands-on experience working as an Irrigation Field Supervisor is strongly preferred.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of irrigation network systems, drainage channels, hydraulic structures, and related civil works.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading engineering drawings and comprehending complex construction execution methodologies.
* Project Management Skills: Capable of maintaining strict quality control, adhering to tight schedules, and monitoring project progress.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong coordination abilities when dealing with foremen, laborers, site engineers, and broader project teams.
* Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, accountable, communicative, and driven by performance targets.
* Mobility: Fully willing to be stationed at the project site in Sukabumi, West Java.
