## Current Opening: Purchasing Junior Staff
We are currently searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Junior Staff member to manage essential procurement functions. This role is pivotal in maintaining our supply chain efficiency and ensuring that our production lines receive the high-quality components required for our world-class automotive products.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your primary objective is to manage the flow of goods and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Your daily duties will include:
* Supplier Sourcing: Actively identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure a reliable and high-quality procurement network.
* Quote Management: Requesting, analyzing, and conducting side-by-side comparisons of quotations to secure the best value for the company.
* Negotiation: Managing price points, delivery timelines, and payment terms through professional negotiations with vendors.
* Order Processing: Creating and managing Purchase Orders (PO) through our internal systems.
* Logistics Tracking: Proactively monitoring and following up on pending orders to guarantee that delivery schedules are strictly met.
Essential Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Senior High School diploma.
