## Available Positions
1. Finance Accounting Tax Staff (Code: FAT Staff)
Location: South Jakarta
This role is integral to maintaining the fiscal integrity of our Head Office. You will be responsible for precise financial documentation and regulatory compliance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage VAT and income tax (PPh) reporting and reconciliation.
* Record daily cash inflows (BRV) and outflows (BDV) within the Accurate system.
* Oversee petty cash management, reimbursement claims, and bank reconciliations.
* Coordinate vendor payments and ensure all underlying documentation is verified.
* Track discharge, throughput, and tenant overtime data while issuing accurate invoices.
* Prepare and submit weekly cash flow updates.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of payment cycles, tax calculations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, Final), and journal entries.
* Proficiency in Ms. Excel and automated accounting software.
* Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and possessing strong analytical skills.
2. Operator (Code: Operator Samarinda)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan
As an Operator, you will ensure the seamless movement of products while upholding our strict safety standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute loading and unloading processes for trucks and vessels according to schedule.
* Maintain accurate Daily Inventory Reports and verify transport documentation with tenants.
* Operate essential terminal equipment such as pumps and valves.
* Implement preventive maintenance programs and maintain rigorous site cleanliness.
* Draft and submit daily and monthly Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) reports.
* Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, cargo shipping, or the oil and gas industry.
* Willingness to work in shifts.
* Local Samarinda residency is highly preferred.
3. HSE Assistant Manager (Code: HSE ASMEN)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan
We are seeking a proactive safety leader to manage risk mitigation and ensure that our terminal operations align with national safety regulations and internal standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) documentation.
* Monitor internal regulatory compliance and adapt procedures to field conditions.
* Oversee contractor activities, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and work permits.
* Identify potential hazards and conduct regular equipment inspections.
* Provide routine reports on HSE performance for the Pro Trans International Holding Group.
* Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (K3 focus) or relevant Engineering fields.
* Minimum 4 years of experience at a similar managerial or supervisory level.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate across various departments.
* Strong adaptability and a deep understanding of safety procedures.
4. Maintenance (Code: Mechanical MTC)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan
The Maintenance team is responsible for the longevity and reliability of our terminal assets.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and perform periodic maintenance on company assets according to industry standards.
* Diagnose mechanical failures and provide efficient, long-term repair solutions.
* Coordinate with HSE and operations teams to minimize hazards during maintenance tasks.
* Manage the re-calibration and certification schedule for terminal equipment in coordination with authorized external agencies.
* Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the fuel, cargo, or oil and gas sector.
* Willingness to work in shifts.
