Qualifications for Aspiring JAGO Candidates
To ensure the highest standards of professional excellence, we look for candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates (or those with up to two years of professional experience) holding a D3 or S1 degree in Animal Husbandry, Animal Extension, or Animal Welfare.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Physical & Medical Fitness: Must pass a comprehensive corporate health screening and have no known allergies to poultry.
* Drive & Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for the poultry breeding industry and a high level of motivation to excel.
* Commitment: Full willingness to participate in an intensive, full-time training program, sign a service agreement, and accept assignments at any of our Poultry Breeding Division units nationwide.
* Future Readiness: Prepared to transition into middle-management roles upon the successful completion of the program.
