## Open Positions at PT MTI
1. Admin Officer (Mandarin Speaker)
This role is essential for maintaining seamless administrative workflows. You will manage data, document archiving, and inter-departmental correspondence.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Business Administration or related fields; 2+ years of experience in production administration; proficiency in MS Office; strong analytical skills; and fluent in Mandarin and English.
* Work Schedule: 7 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
2. Mandarin Translator
We are seeking a linguistic bridge to facilitate clear communication between our internal teams, Chinese-speaking partners, and external stakeholders.
* Requirements: Senior High School diploma (higher degree preferred); at least 1 year of experience in a relevant industry like mining or manufacturing; fluency in Simplified Chinese (HSK Level 4+ is an advantage); and strong document translation capabilities.
* Work Schedule: 7 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
3. Assistant Production Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)
Assist in overseeing production activities, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring strict adherence to 7S, safety, and environmental standards.
* Requirements: D3 in Chemical, Metallurgy, or Engineering; 4+ years of supervisory experience in a chemical or metal processing environment; strong leadership and Mandarin language proficiency; and the ability to operate in high-risk, dynamic environments.
* Work Schedule: 5 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
4. Expeditor Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
You will be the vital link ensuring that materials and equipment reach the project site on schedule.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain; 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or metal processing; proficiency in ERP systems and Excel; and fluent Mandarin to coordinate with international vendors.
* Work Schedule: 7 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
5. Logistic Officer (Mandarin Speaker)
Manage daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, material distribution, and essential documentation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain; 2+ years of relevant experience; strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and ERP systems; and professional-level fluency in Mandarin.
