Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Technical Aptitude: Strong fundamental technical skills paired with a meticulous attention to detail.
* Operational Discipline: A proactive, "hands-on" approach with the ability to strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work effectively within a team, characterized by excellent communication skills.
* Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly valued, though not strictly mandatory.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at our production facility in Bangil, Pasuruan.
