1. Training Center Staff
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage our internal training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology (Industrial & Organizational concentration).
* Skillset: Proficiency in Training Need Analysis (TNA), basic graphic design/video editing for educational content, and effective public speaking/presentation skills.
* Operational Excellence: Knowledge of 6S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) within the food industry.
* Interpersonal: Strong communication, collaboration, and English proficiency (verbal and written).
* Administrative: Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience: Ability to manage vendor relations and coordinate with external facilitators; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Staff
Our commitment to safety is paramount. We are seeking a vigilant and proactive HSE professional to ensure our production environment adheres to the highest safety and environmental standards.
* Education: Minimum D4/S1 degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Public Health.
* Technical Requirements: Must possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum/K3 Kemnaker certification.
* Core Competencies: Extensive understanding of safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE), hazard identification, risk analysis, and field monitoring.
* Operational Duties: Conducting safety patrols, workspace inspections, and detailed HSE reporting.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Food Safety, 6S, and GMP operations.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
