* Experience Standards:
For D3 Graduates:* Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a technician adhering to safe operation standards within the oil, gas, or petrochemical industries.
For SMA/SMK Graduates:* Minimum of 7 years of working experience as a technician under identical safety frameworks in the oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors.
* Core Competencies:
* Eagerness and adaptability to acquire new skills.
* Proficiency in standard office software, specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Working comprehension of the English language.
* Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership capabilities.
* Physical readiness to work at heights and within confined spaces.
* Willingness to work night shifts based on a rotational schedule.
* Deployment: Must be willing to establish a home base in East Aceh and work according to the designated roster schedule.
