1. Sales Assistant (Pramuniaga)
As a Sales Assistant, you serve as the face of the brand on the selling floor, directly influencing the customer shopping journey through personalized engagement and expert styling advice.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting shoppers, identifying their specific needs, locating requested merchandise, suggesting complementary mix-and-match outfits, and driving add-on product sales.
* Manage counter inventory meticulously to prevent stockouts, oversee size availability, and maintain visually appealing displays—including styling mannequins—to capture customer interest.
* Implement rigorous loss prevention measures within the assigned section.
* Execute merchandise displays in strict accordance with corporate Visual Merchandising standards.
2. Cashier

## General Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school (SMK/SLTA) equivalent for all roles; vocational accounting degree (SMK Akuntansi) specifically required for the Cashier position.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication abilities and a natural aptitude for sales techniques (applicable to roles 1, 2, and 3).
* Mindset: A deep commitment to customer satisfaction, a drive to meet or exceed sales targets, and a genuine passion for the fashion industry (applicable to roles 1, 2, and 3).
* Experience: At least 3 months of relevant work experience, encompassing formal employment, informal jobs, or internships (applicable to roles 1, 2, and 3).
* Special Credentials: Possession of an active Security Guard License (KTA) is strongly preferred for the Prevention Associate role.
