## Open Position: Warehouse Staff
PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Warehouse Staff. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain operations and ensuring that our high standards for inventory management are met.
Core Responsibilities and Daily Duties
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the seamless flow of materials and ensuring that warehouse operations align with company KPIs. Primary duties include:
* Inventory Management: Efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methodologies.
* Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular stock opname and cycle counts to ensure 100% inventory precision.
* Compliance and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, Halal certification, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Team Leadership: Supervise forklift operators and general workers, including the delegation of daily operational tasks.
* Facility Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
* Reporting: Document all warehouse activities and promptly report any inventory discrepancies to management.
* Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with the PPIC, Purchasing, Production, QA, and QC departments to manage material requirements effectively.
Candidate Requirements
