We are seeking diverse talent across various disciplines to drive our multi-sector operations. Depending on your academic background, you may be placed within the following tracks:
* Business Development: Open to Architecture, Urban/Town Planning, Civil Engineering, and Business Management graduates.
* Master Planning: Open to Architecture and Urban/Town Planning graduates.
* Project Management: Open to Civil Engineering and Architecture graduates.
* Marketing: Open to Architecture, Marketing, and Business Management graduates.
* Property Sales Administration Services: Open to Law and Business Management graduates.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the success of our candidates, we look for individuals who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a proactive mindset. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban/Town Planning, Business Management, Marketing, or Law.
2. Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.20.
3. Experience Level: Fresh graduates from reputable universities or professionals with a maximum of one year of relevant work experience.
4. Leadership & Involvement: A proven track record of leading projects or receiving academic/non-academic awards is highly advantageous. Active participation in student organizations is strongly preferred.
5. Skill Proficiency: High level of English proficiency, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.
6. Flexibility: A genuine willingness to be stationed at any of our project locations across Indonesia.
