As a Liquid QC Staff, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding product integrity by ensuring all operational premix inspection activities strictly adhere to mandatory quality standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the blending process and assign quality statuses to premix batches before storage and further processing.
* Record analytical findings on operational mixing logs and draft comprehensive semi-finished product inspection forms.
* Implement strict control and verification protocols for all blending operations.
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for out-of-specification outputs and spearhead root-cause problem-solving initiatives.
* Manage the calibration and control of laboratory instruments while taking full ownership of testing accuracy.
* Oversee reagent stock ordering and inventory control across all semi-finished goods laboratories.
