## Open Positions
We are currently seeking talented professionals for the following technical roles:
1. Drafter
As a Drafter, you will be the bridge between architectural vision and tangible construction. You will be responsible for translating complex requirements into precise technical drawings that guide our field teams.
* Technical Drafting: Develop detailed architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings.
* Project Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure layout designs meet the functional requirements of healthcare facilities.
* Documentation Management: Organize and maintain all design files, both digital and physical, ensuring audit readiness and easy accessibility.
* Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to strict safety, sanitation, and hospital building regulations.
* Revision Control: Manage updates and modifications throughout the design and execution phases to maintain project accuracy.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year in construction drafting; experience with medical facilities is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
* Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to thrive under tight deadlines, and a proactive approach to technical problem-solving.
2. Structural Engineer
We are looking for a highly analytical Structural Engineer to ensure the safety, stability, and integrity of our construction projects. You will play a pivotal role in the design and verification process of our building structures.
* Design & Analysis: Perform structural calculations and design building frameworks, ensuring optimal strength and durability.
* Documentation: Develop and review comprehensive structural design documents.
* Field Oversight: Monitor construction implementation to ensure it aligns perfectly with the approved structural designs.
* Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed engineering reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
* Team Collaboration: Partner with the architectural and construction departments to integrate structural solutions seamlessly.
* Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of ETABS, SAP, STAAD, and Autodesk Revit.
* Knowledge Base: Strong grasp of structural dynamics, foundation design, and current industry standards (SNI, ASCE, ACI).
* BIM Literacy: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is considered a distinct advantage.
* Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot and solve complex engineering problems.
* Adaptability: Proven ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing project requirements.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
