* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).

* Demonstrate good behavior with no criminal record or active investigations.
* No body piercings (for male applicants) and no tattoos.

* Never dishonorably discharged from any institution or previous employer.
* Never terminated from KAI Group or its affiliates due to early retirement, personal requests, or disciplinary actions.
* Not currently married to an active employee of the company.
