## General Requirements for Applicants
All candidates must meet the following baseline criteria to be considered for the program:
* Demonstrated leadership potential and active involvement in organizational activities.
* Commitment to completing the full Management Trainee program.
* Willingness to be deployed to any company work location across Indonesia.
Readiness to undergo a mandatory service bond (ikatan dinas*).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Valid English proficiency certification from an accredited institution with a minimum score of:

## Available Positions and Qualifications
1. Engineering Assistant
Focuses on technical construction studies, project planning, maintenance supervision, and technical administration.
* Eligible Majors: Civil Engineering.
* Key Skills: Data analysis and forecasting, statistics, technical documentation, and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Trimble is a distinct advantage.
2. Operation Management Assistant
Dedicated to toll transaction services and traffic management operations, including program evaluation and process optimization.
* Eligible Majors: Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering.
* Key Skills: Traffic simulation (AIMSUN), data processing (Python/Google Collab), and database management (SQL/Power BI).
3. Finance and Business Assistant
Involved in accounting, corporate planning, portfolio management, treasury, and internal audits.
* Eligible Majors: Accounting, Business Accounting, Financial Management, Management, or Economics.
* Key Skills: Financial modeling, business plan analysis, and understanding of accounting standards. Professional certifications such as Brevet AB are highly valued.
