## The ORIMBA Management Trainee Experience
This program is specifically designed to identify and cultivate the next generation of company leaders. Participants will undergo rigorous training aimed at preparing them for comprehensive management responsibilities within our organization. We provide the mentorship, resources, and hands-on experience necessary to transform high-potential talent into strategic decision-makers.
## Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who exhibit strong leadership qualities, a self-driven work ethic, and the versatility to excel both as independent contributors and collaborative team members. To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00, or a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25, obtained from a reputable university.
* Educational Background: Priority is given to candidates with majors in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Professional Background: We welcome both fresh graduates and professionals with 2 to 3 years of full-time experience in sectors such as Forestry, Manufacturing, Systems, Data, Automotive, or FMCG.
* Communication Skills: Full proficiency in English, encompassing both spoken and written communication.
## Placement and Working Environment
While our administrative headquarters is located at Capital Place, 28th Floor, Jl. Jend. Gatot Subroto Kav 18, Kuningan Barat, Jakarta, candidates must be prepared for a dynamic work environment. Prospective trainees must be willing to be based at our operational sites, including locations in Banjarmasin, Samarinda, or other designated regional sites.
