## Join Our Dynamic Team: Import Document Staff
We are currently expanding our logistics and supply chain division and are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Import Document Staff to join our professional team. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring that our international trade activities remain efficient, compliant, and timely.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of our import documentation. Key duties include:
* Documentation Oversight: Managing, verifying, and organizing essential import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all documentation aligns with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal corporate policies.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistical workflows.
* Operational Monitoring: Tracking shipment statuses, resolving documentation discrepancies, and facilitating timely customs clearance.
* Reporting: Maintaining accurate digital and physical archives and generating periodic reports on import status and performance.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this position, applicants should possess the following attributes:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: While fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply, those with at least two years of relevant experience in import operations are highly preferred.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of import procedures, customs regulations, and international trade terminology.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required to manage international correspondence effectively.
* Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* IT Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
