## Open Positions and Qualification Requirements
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles at our facility in the Jatake Industrial Area:
1. General Manager Manufacturing
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years in automotive manufacturing.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and complex problem-solving abilities. Deep proficiency in production management, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
2. Maintenance Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 10 years in automotive machinery maintenance.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in both preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Proven ability to lead technical teams and oversee comprehensive machinery maintenance planning.
3. Engineering Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in technical drawing and CAD software, specifically AutoCAD or SolidWorks. A foundational understanding of production machine improvement and maintenance.
4. IoT (Internet of Things) Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Electrical Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Understanding of IoT architecture, microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32), and network systems. Ability to design and integrate sensor-based monitoring systems. Previous project experience in IoT is highly preferred.
5. Security Personnel
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Core Competencies: Valid security certification (Sertifikat Satpam) is preferred. Candidates must possess a healthy physical condition with proportional height and weight, high integrity, and the flexibility to work in shift rotations.
6. Inventory Audit Admin
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
* Experience: At least 1 year in administrative or inventory roles.
* Core Competencies: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software. High attention to detail and accuracy in stock reporting.
